Cube Steak

Cube steak is the cut most widely used in chicken fried steak – but that is not all you use it for – it is great to cut
into strips and use in a stir fry, or you can use it is Swiss Steak or cube it to use in chili. Cube steak is a tough
piece of meat that the butcher tenderizes buy running it through the cubing machine. It has excellent flavor and is
a great value.
