Beef Sirloin Steak

This is a perfect grilling steak – not as marbled and tender as a T-Bone or Rib Eye – but is very flavorful and
is boneless. You can either season with a meat rub or marinate the meat or just season with salt and pepper
and grill it. There is a large steak in each of the packages that weighs on average of 1lb per steak.
