St Paddy's Day Lunch at the Farm (1)

This is not the standard St. Paddy's day lunch, we have two choices this year. The first option we start with our farm fresh Brisket and marinade it in pickling spices and cure it to make a truly exceptional Corned Beef.  Instead of Boiling the onions, cabbage and carrots we drizzle olive oil and toss with herbs and roast them. The Potatoes are boiled with a touch of garlic.  Or you can choose Rustic Irish Beef Stew, with soda bread. Each lunch comes with a butter cookie.   You can also purchase locally made Irish beer by Danelion Brewery. Our heated Greenhouse will be open for seating. Purchasing tickets in advance will guarantee you get lunch before we run out. Tickets are $10 online today or $12 in person.
