Our cheese comes from Ballard Dairy and Reeds Dairy.  Both are masters at making excellent cheese.  Ballard cheese makes several different types of cheese including Huckleberry and cracked black pepper.  They also have flavored cheese curds.  Reeds has the smoothest cheddar and plain cheese curds.  We do offer goat cheese as well but on a limited basis and for in store sales only..
