St Paddy's Day Corn Beef Lunch

We do not just do a regular St Paddys day lunch.  We start with our Brisket and marinade it in pickling spices and cure it to make a truly exceptional Corned Beef.  Instead of Boiling the onions, cabbage and carrots we drizzle olive oil and toss with herbs and roast them.  The Potatoes are boiled with a touch of garlic.  Each lunch comes with a slice of apple cake.  We will also be serving Rustic Irish Beef Stew over potatoes.   Our heated Greenhouse will be open for seating.   Purchasing tickets in advance will guarantee you get lunch before we run out.  We will also have desserts by Darcy's Bake Shop, Italian Sodas (Green of Course)
